[OS X TeX] Many MacTex package links broken?

Howdy,

I've noticed an up-tick in 404 cases reported to the mactex-support list too. Both the MacTeX and BasicTeX packages were updated on 2016/10/09 and, for some reason, at least the MacTeX pkg update hasn't been completely distributed.

The best thing to do would be to report the problem to the CTAN folks. See the feedback link at the bottom of <http://ctan.org>.
