[OS X TeX] scrolling pdf

If I view a file using TeXShop’s viewer (say, after compiling) in ‘Single Page’ mode, I can no longer scroll up and down using the wheel of my mouse.  Indeed, when viewing in ‘Single Page’ mode, the wheel has no effect whatsoever.  

I used to be able to do it on El Capitan and previous versions of TeXShop, and can still do it with Preview on Sierra.  Is there a chance we can get it back in TeXShop?
