[OS X TeX] Sierra 10.12.4

Folks,

Here is a similar discovery. Open that MIT file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save the file in Reader using "Save As..." The resulting pdf displays fine in Preview, TeXShop, and Skim, and I'm sure it prints fine.

I now have several examples that show blank pages from various users. Every one of the examples is fixed by the above procedure.
