[OS X TeX] TeXShop 3.77 slow opening source files?

Howdy,

Hmmm... not seeing that here. It could be that the OS is rebuilding the meta-data database in the background; that takes a good deal of system time and seems to slow down everything else. Open Activity Monitor, sort by name and look for all the mdworker and other md applications to see if they are showing heavy activity.
