No attachment here, but I'll take your word for it. Please try this in Terminal:

cd /tmp
curl -O http://ctan.math.utah.edu/ctan/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.sh
sudo ./update-tlmgr-latest.sh --nox11 -- --debug

and let me know if it fails.
