[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.08

Folks,

TeXShop 4.08 is now available via the Sparkle update mechanism and from

	https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html <https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html>

This version works on Yosemite and above, and is required for Mojave.

This is move-in weekend at the University of Oregon, so the network connections
may be somewhat slow.
