[OS X TeX] TeXShop Preview and fatal error bug

Go to Terminal and type the following. Does it fix this problem? This step turns off  "flash fix", so
after using it, each time you typeset there will be a brief flash in the pdf window before you see the new result.

	 
 		defaults write TeXShop FlashFix NO

I don't have time to work on this since we are working on TeX Live 2019 and MacTeX-2019.
