[OS X TeX] Updated MathTime Pro 2 fonts?

I’m talking about the Pro version.

I had noticed more recent versions of some fonts in the Lite set, so I wrote to Lance Carnes about whether there was an update to the Pro set. He said there was and would make them available to me.

But nothing from Lance after that initial email exchange with him.
