[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.43 ignorint .ist ?

As I was falling asleep last night, I remembered that thing called platexmkrc!  Yes, I had forgotten to copy over my platexmkrc to the test-file folder. My platexmkrc consists of the single line:

	$makeindex = "makeindex -s %R.ist %O -o %D %S”;

Now everything is fine. I had forgotten that the user’s intervention was required for this and that the above line was not built into the pdflatexmk engine already.
