The ~/Library/TeXShop/bin/latexmkrcedit file is initially (i.e., if it doesn't already exist) a copy of ~/Library/TeXShop/bin/tslatexmk/latexmkrcDONTedit and is meant to have any universal (i.e., used by all the latexmk based engines) changes.
