[OS X TeX] This mailing list is not DKIM (DMARC) compatible

I wonder if something like this is the reason why I’m no longer receiving my daily arXiv emails. They suddenly stopped coming after 7-9-2019, except for two sporadic ones that arrived on 8-30-2019 and 9-4-2019. arXiv customer service claims that they are sending them out. On my end, I’m still using my old Earthlink email address, and my emails are still managed by Earthlink email servers, but I’m connecting to the internet via an AT&T modem/router and the AT&T fiber backbone. Earthlink support claims that they are not blocking them as junk mail, and I even whitelisted the arXiv email address in my Earthlink account. But maybe they’re not being blocked as junk but for some other technical reason by Earthlink, or even by AT&T itself or their modem/router whose firmware gets updated automatically every once in a while. It’s been frustrating trying to diagnose this.

By changing the body, the DKIM signature fails and the resulting messages sent by the mail list may in the future be blocked by more and more mail servers.
