[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.56

Folks,

TeXShop 4.56 is available via the Sparkle update mechanism and from

	https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html

The only change from version 4.55 is a new version of OgreKit. 

I believe the flurry of changes caused by Apple's Arm release is over, and expect
this to be the last version until the holidays are over.
