[OS X TeX] latest Latex update does not open

I have installed your latest update to Latex today. Now Latex will not open at all and I cannot use it, which I need urgently to finish a conference paper.

I am running on a Mac 15 inch retina Power Book with macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Please advise and help.
