[OS X TeX] How use http://contrib.texlive.info with TeXLive Utility

Yes, you are right, I think you do need sudo, here. My apologies for the omission. (It turns out I have installed TeX Live in a directory I have chown’ed to myself, so I do not run sudo, as matter of routine. But I have forgotten that stock installations don’t.) More surprising is that the home page for contrib omits this.
