[OS X TeX] Adding TL'21 (pretest) to TeX Live Utility/texbin

Dick,

Your reference to /usr/local/texlive/2021/... prompted me to check. I think the latest version of MacTeX that I can find for installation is 2020 so I have /usr/local/texlive/2020/ only.. Is there a 2021 version somewhere that I should look for?
