There does not seem to be a way to change the font of the math. This means that one must either use a Times like font for the entire presentation, or accept clashing fonts.

You can insert math LaTeX anywhere within a text, both in Keynote and in Pages. The LaTeX bits obey the general formatting of the text (e.g., size):
