[OS X TeX] SyncWithOvals & SyncWithoutOvals macros?

Where are the SyncWithOvals and SyncWithoutOvals macros? After upgrading to TS 4.66, I’m not finding them in the Macros menu, including in the Macros > Applescript submenu.

I see the text of the first of these in the Changes document. Is the user himself supposed to create that, and the corresponding Without macro (making the obvious change), using the Macro Editor?
