[OS X TeX] install spell checking dictionary for Bulgarian

I have it, I believe, but there is no hyphenation for the text, and the
lines run rugged, and not aligned in the right-hand side of the pages:

\usepackage[T1, T2A]{fontenc}
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc} %% activate the Russian / Bulgarian Phonetic
keyboard
                            %% use the Show Keyboard Viewer
\usepackage[bulgarian,english]{babel}
