[OS X TeX] xindy hangs on ARM

Howdy,

With an Intel Mac running the latest Big Sur I have no problem using latexmk, running the pdflatexmk engine in TeXShop, without shell-escape for this sample. Open the source and typeset using Typeset->Typeset (Cmd-T). The platexmkrc file is jsut a latexmkrc file as used with TeXShop's latexmk based engines. It simply defines latexmk's $makeindex variable to be xindy.
