[OS X TeX] TeXShop 4.70

Folks,

TeXShop 4.70 is available via the Sparkle update mechanism and from

https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/texshop/texshop.html

This is a very minor update, mainly updating latexmk to version 4.77. TeXShop 4.70 will be in MacTeX-2022.
This is the end of the term of the University of Oregon, so our server machines may be slow.
