[OS X TeX] Cannot remove drm fonts

The issue was not removing the fonts from TeXLive, but rather from fonts searched for on the system by other apps. 

In particular, BBEdit was quite slow loading because, according to Bare Bones Software tech support, there were too many fonts on my system search path (namely, in /Library/Fonts and ~/Library/FontsFont).
