[OS X TeX] Color highlighting box

I often click on a word in the pdf to find the corresponding word in the source (rarely vice versa) but the word in the source is then usually highlighted in a yellow box which I have a hard time finding. How do I change the yellow color to, say, light blue?

Running TeXShop 4.64 under Mac 10.13.6

Given the increasing rate at which I have to check (and correct), I would very much appreciate instructions to do that—or where instructions to do that might be found.
