Howdy,
I added
\usepackage{lmodern}
\usepackage[T1]{fontenc}
to solve a problem with using left and right sinvle gillomets (sp?). Then changed the ế in Thế to é (the first is a combined character in unicode while the second, created by `Opt-E e' [no quotes], is the single unicode e-acute). Finally changed an combined a-acute with the single character á (Opt-E a) in the name `Szilágyi'. Typesetting using the tex4ht engine then works fine.
I tried to enclose the fixed version but it's too large (11MB) so use the description.
Good Luck,
