[OS X TeX] Page number style

George,

Adding "\newpage" before the \pagenumbering{arabic} command
fixes the problem.

Apparently both the \pagenumbering{roman} and \pagenumbering{arabic}
commands occurred before the page was shipped out, so the last command
was obeyed.
