[OS X TeX] TeXShop not running the sepdflatexmk engine

Howdy,

Slightly overstated. There are a very few TeXShop directives that can be scattered throughout a document; e.g., the single directive I know of

%:my tag name

places `my tag name' on the tag list in the Source toolbar and will take you to that location when chosen from the list.
