[OS X TeX] San Francisco font?!?

Somehow missed this.

(probably because to me, San Francisco is the "ransom note" bitmap font in the original Mac OS)

How well does this work w/ lualatex/xelatex?

How close is it to providing a compleat replacement for all sizes/styles of Computer Modern Sans Serif?
