[OS X TeX] Ghostscript 10.6.0

Folks,

A new version of Ghostscript was released on September 9, 2025. An install package for this version is available at https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch. In case of trouble, revert to an earlier version available at the site. Thanks to Bruno Voisin for maintaining close contact with the Ghostscript programmers and notifying me that the release was stable after it occurred.
