[OS X TeX] large number of TeXLive 2025 updates?

TeX Live Utility did its automatic weekly check for updates to TeXLive 2025 this morning and it found hundreds of updates totaling 1.3GB. The version number of the vast majority of updates has not changed, though part of the version number has changed and all the numbers are the same.

What is happening? Should I install these updates?
