[OS X TeX] anyone with experience interested?

Howdy,
The CocoAspell spell checker uses aspell which `understands' LaTeX command structure but it's a System Preference Pane and written in Intel code. This, luckily, hasn't been a problem with the present arm based systems (M1,...) using Rosetta2 but starting with macOS 27 that won't be supported.
Is there anyone on this list with experience with the aspell spell checker (or another one that supports ignoring LaTeX commmands) and Mac programming experience that is interested in taking on an new Preference Pane arm version of a spell checker that integrates with the OS Spelling Framework like CocoAspell?
Good Luck,
