[OS X TeX] TexShop's lualatexmk not creating index of names or nomenclature

Aha: I'd been running lualatexmk by choosing it from the TeXShop typeset drop-down menu; evidently the !TEX program directive overrides that. Live and learn!

Changing the directive to !TEX program = lualatexmk resolved the problem.
