in order to fit the figure on a slide. All of a sudden, I am being told that the command

> \psset{rowsep=.0.5cm, colsep=0.5cm}<br>
involves an illegal unit—it complains about colsep, not rowsep. What is going on?<br>

Here is a totally stripped down version of source code, pdf and log file; note the printing of “0.5 cm” on the lower left of the pdf. If it weren’t for that, I could ignore the error, since the picture came out as desired.<br>
