The trick is to keep these files in ~/Library/texmf and put a symbolic link in Dropbox. Then TeX will find them. If files in the Dropbox folder folder change you'll have to copy the changed files from the Dropbox folder to the copy in the folder in the personal texmf tree given above.</span><br style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
