I use TeXPad on the iPad with great satisfaction. Why is it better than Overleaf? Because you can work (edit, compile, etc) also offline. The editor is great, and it is paired with a matrching app on the Mac. And if you need the full TeXLive distribution, then

 you can always use the iPad TeXPad online, using the cloud distribution ot TeXLive that TeXPad provides.
