I was a committed OzTeX user for years and years, basically until it wouldn’t run under OS X any longer.  That was about the point I discovered TeXShop, I think?<br>

I don’t think anyone has yet mentioned Tom Kiffe’s CMacTeX suite of tools?  He also still has a website at <a href="http://kiffe.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">kiffe.com</a>.   Used his MacGhostView for a very long time.<br>
