[PSU Thesis] Support alternative title in \Appendix

[GRASSHORN GEBHARDT, HENRY SEBASTIAN]

Hi,

Unlike \chapter, the \Appendix command does not seem to support an alternative title for header, e.g. \Appendix[Short Title]{Long Title}. The
attached patch fixes this. Perhaps others can benefit from it as well.
