	(sudo) fink install w3m

One option is to use FinkCommander with a GUI. If Fink can't find  
information about the package, then you might either have forgotten to

	(sudo) fink selfupdate

or w3m is simply not supported on Snow Leopard. (You might thank Apple  
for that.) A simple test command could be to list what Fink knows that  
could be installed (after its update and [re-]configuration, if not  
already happened: sudo fink configure):

	fink list

maybe a bit filtered:

	fink list | grep w3m
