[OS X Emacs] getting skim to work as default viewer

Hi.

Using Aquamacs 2.0 with (builtin) AUCTeX ... My default previewer for PDF files is "Preview", rather than "Skim".  I would like to use "Skim" as my default previewer.
I tried the following

(setq TeX-view-program-list
      '(("Skim" ("(aquamacs-call-viewer %n \"%b\")"))
	("Preview" "open -a Preview.app %o")))

but it didn't change the default previewer to Skim.

Suggestions?  Thanks!
