[OS X Emacs] Switching from Carbon Emacs to Emacs.app

Pete - I will try asap, but in truth I have still not managed to install
Auctex - Preview. I am going to visit a friend tonight who is a bit
savvy about these things. Maybe together with your earlier advice and
his help we will get things working. I will post back tomorrow.
