Well, you had me up to export PATH=... Why is this necessary?
According to ADC, ~/.MacOSX/environment.plist is read at login and ...
"Any processes launched by the user during the session inherit those
variables". I'm only talking about synching the PATH you would get from
path_helper in a shell with what you see in a Cocoa/Carbon/whatever app.
You seem to be over-writing PATH with what it was already set to. Am
I misreading something?
Oh, and I didn't get your reference to Paris. I've been there, but have
no idea what you mean.
