[OS X Emacs] NeXT emacs sets $DISPLAY

OK, thanks.  I did a bit more investigation and noticed that
browse-url.el appears to set DISPLAY on autoload, to what frame's
'display' parameter is set to.  Either the version of browse-url or
the setting of 'display may differ in the other emacsen.

Note, I'm not sure if browse-url's behavior is correct, or if it is
still present in latest CVS.  Either way, I think browse-url is
bootstrapped in now.
