[OS X Emacs] How do I generate HTML from Aquamacs - Auctex.

Aquamacs is not a WYSIWYG word processor. It's an editor for code and  
(marked-up) text such as LaTeX. Just like you cannot produce PDFs from  
a LaTeX source without compiling it with something like pdfLaTeX, you  
cannot create HTML without compiling ist. latex2HTML is such a compiler.

(That said, Aquamacs will export any buffer to HTML via File->Export- 
 >HTML. But I have the impression that that's not what you want.)
