[OS X Emacs] scratch and scratch <2>

Thanks David and Nathaniel,

I tried the Start Aqumacs without customizations. It opened a second  
Aquamacs (didn't close the first). But it seems that for that Aquamacs  
I only have 1 scratch buffer and only one frame. So it must be progress?
