[OS X Emacs] Fullscreen Vanilla Emacs 23.1?

No, the real fullscreen mode is not available in an unmodified GNU Emacs 23.

We have working a fullscreen mode in the current Aquamacs 2.0 preview, but there are issues after switching back from fullscreen mode.  (Code contributions appreciated.)
