Sorry, the change log is updated via a separate script.
Our web host (Nearlyfreespeech.Net) is currently shut down (partially)  
so that the update fails.

I will run it manually as soon as the NFSN is back in action.

If you have 1.8c you're OK (until the next bug is discovered).
