[OS X Emacs] AEmacser1.7 cannot show chinese punctuation?

Today I had just updated my aquaemacs from ver1.6 to ver1.7 and found  
Chinese punctuations could not be shown even in internal tutorials  
written in Chinese. There is the picture:
