[OS X Emacs] Not real an emacs question -- stickiness

 I set emacs to be on every space.  I put it there, and it stays.  But, when
I open a new frame, it is also in every space.

So, how do I make one frame stick to every space, and all other frames be
locked to their current space (whatever it may be)?  I miss my sticky
pushpin on windows in X :(
