[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs Cursor movement and word wrapping: C-e, C-a, C-n, C-p

I would prefer these keys to retain their current meanings (i.e., buffer lines).  The upper-case version could move according to visual lines.  Perhaps provide an easy way to toggle these settings.
