[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 2.0 preview 5 available

Aquamacs Emacs 2.0 Preview 5 contains bug-fixes, among them one to the bug-reporting function, and one to a problem causing crashes when a laptop's Function key was pressed.  Compared to the latest stable release 1.9, there are a myriad of improvements.

Thanks to all those who helped improve Aquamacs by testing, reporting bugs, diagnosing problems and contributing code.
