[OS X Emacs] option-as-meta

For some reason, my Aquamacs (2.0 preview4b) has suddenly decided -- in the middle of an editing session, as far as I can tell -- to honor only the right option key as Meta, and to treat the left option key as nothing.  While I'm curious about what I might have done to trigger this behavior, I would be quite satisfied just to know how to make it go away, so that both option keys are interpreted as Meta....
