I just upgraded to Aquamacs 2.0 and there is now an issue also mentioned here: http://email.esm.psu.edu/pipermail/macosx-emacs/2010-May/002060.html. Aquamacs now opens pdfs in Skim if Skim is already open, but otherwise opens them with Preview (my system wide default). How can I make Aquamacs open Skim all the time? Daniel
